The material in this class is rotated in 4- to 6-week blocks and drop-ins are welcome. While basic movements are repeated, the combinations and choreographies are varied.
It is recommended to continue in this level for your first 6-12 months of belly dance training.

Because belly dance incorporates movements throughout the entire body, it offers strengthening and toning from head to toe.
Women who belly dance state the emotional impact the art form has on them is one of the most positive and rewarding aspects of the dance.
"Dancing with the feet is one thing, but dancing with the heart is another".
